  Will this carrier work with the stock third brake light?

    A:  You can use the stock tire carrier with the stock third brake light on it with this Heavy Duty Hinge. If you also get the Teraflex Adjustable Tire Mount, p/n 4838130, it comes with a bracket that lets you use just the light from the stock 3rd brake light with it.

  Will this fit a 2016 Willys JKU? Can I use the OEM tire carrier with stock wheels with this hinge?
