Artec Industries has now released the JK ONE TON Axle Swap kit for the back super duty axle. These heavy duty truss and bracket are made to withstand the extreme abuse and enhance your whole axle while also providing the factory link, anti-sway bar, shock location and the springs. The 1/4 inch thick truss incorporates an exceptional design to enhance the axle and incorporate the link brackets. This eases the installation process and increases the strength. The incorporated link mounts help to avoid guesswork and trial and error compared to other bracket systems. You only need to tack weld the truss together, place it on the axle and other brackets will be in position.
The kit features 1/4 inches thick steel truss and brackets that have more strength than the normal factory bracket and other aftermarket brackets. For a good fitment, CNC precision-cut and bent. The kit has all the brackets required for a complete axle swap including lower and upper arm mounts, tracbar mounts, coil spring mounts, anti andndash;sway bar mounts and shock mounts.
The brackets are jigged into trusses, and they automatically set the exact position greatly saving the installation time. There will be no need for measuring as all the brackets will just need to line up to truss. The tracbar mounts include four areas for the aftermarket. The stock height hole is usually not included.
The super duty swap kit is easy to upgrade for future geometry link changes. You just weld a centered link mount and trim off the upper control mounts. The truss is strengthened using interlocked 1/4 inch thick gussets for the full power and ease of assembling. The low profile technique means that your axle is strong and can simply fit any auto, and has fewer chances of causing damage to the auto.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Superduty Rear Axle (Sterling 10.25 and 10.5) is more offset to the passenger side than the factory differential and can result in contact with the gas tank at the pinion. It is likely you will need to either stretch the rear axle, or use an aftermarket gas tank. By purchasing, you acknowledge you understand potential conflict with the factory gas tank. Artec will not accept returns on modified, welded, or otherwise resell-able products.
NOTE: This kit does not include any parts for ABS sensors. It is only a bracket kit. Hooking up and configuring these sensors is the responsibility of the end user.
