"The Nautic 12,500 lbs Heavy Duty / Performance winch features a durable 6.6 HP series wound motor for enhanced durability and extra pulling power. It also has an innovative X-braced gearbox housing and motor cap for increased strength. The solenoid, motor, and gearbox achieve an IP67 rating so you can count on their consistent performance regardless of tough conditions. The tough 3-stage planetary gear box with a 265:1 gear ratio delivers superior power and reliability. It includes 94' of 23/64"" diameter steel cable (Heavy Duty) and a powder-coated latch hook. An automatic load holding brake system (in the drum) provides exceptional control. The Nautic Heavy Duty Series winch also features an exclusive light mount roller-style fairlead which allows for the mounting of up to two off-road lights for added safety and convenience, while the Nautic Performance Series winch includes a durable aluminum Hawse-style fairlead. Each Nautic Series winch includes a durable 12' all-weather cable remote controller and a sturdy solenoid box that can be mounted in multiple positions/angles to accommodate various bumper configurations. Plus, tough stainless hardware is used to make the body of the winch for rust resistance."
