Teraflex Falcon Series 3.1 Piggyback Shocks Front & Rear Kit 3-4.5in Lift

This Falcon Series 3.1 Piggyback front and rear shock kit from TeraFlex is designed for the four-door Jeep Wrangler, provides 2-1/2 - 3 inch of lift, and includes a thoughtfully designed front reservoir that accommodates the larger turning radius, and extra room needed, by oversized off-road tires. As with all shocks produced by TeraFlex, the maximum stability of a vehicle is the ultimate goal: years of in-depth development went into the design of these corner-specific shocks. Upper shock stud positions are offset, giving increased clearance from the frame of the Jeep, and a full range of motion up and down, dampened by the shocks. With outbound-mounted Falcon Series 3.1 kit shocks, vehicles with raised track bar brackets are afford increased clearance.

The horizontal placement of the ""piggyback"" front reservoir is responsible for providing the full suspension range offered by this Falcon Series shock kit, while the rear reservoir is positioned beneath the piston to avoid damage from dirt, rocks, and debris kicked up from tires. The piggyback design increases the flow of fluid, and eliminates often-observed leakage issues found in swivel and banjo fittings The hard chrome, induction-hardened shaft and 6061 hard-anodized aluminum shock body further help to offer protection from damage. The digressive linear piston shock kit is designed for maximum stability, dynamic vehicle roll control, and is the largest of its type that will fit into the JK Wrangler without more extensive modifications. An inline oil/gas separator manages cavitation. All hardware is subject to a 1,000-hour corrosion resistance test. TeraFlex shocks are serviceable with the company's shock division.
