BDS Suspension 6in Suspension Lift Kit

**Kit includes BDS NX² Nitro Series Premium Shocks. Does not include Fox shocks as pictured.

The BDS 4WD 6" Suspension System has been designed to allow users to utilize larger tires while making improvements on the vehicle's off-road capabilities. This kit features one-piece front and rear crossmembers with machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles. The crossmembers are fabricated from 1/4" steel plate, and have integrated differential mounts with the new included differential mounts to drop and reposition the front differential to reach the best CV and front driveshaft angles. The provided steering knuckles will work with the factory traction control constraints and will deliver stock-like handling characteristics. These knuckles have been built to be very durable and have more mass and more strength over the factory components.

A belly pan is provided to offer extra protection against road and trail debris, and installs on the front crossmember and runs to the rear crossmember. 

The factory front struts will still be utilized with the kit which includes a preload spacer and a strut spacer to gain the right lift height. On the rear, 4" blocks, as well as u-bolts will provide the right amount of leveling and all of the necessary brake line brackets are provided to work with the newly acquired height. 

Please note that this particular kit will also work on 2WD Pre-Runner models, but not the standard 2WD model. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Will not fit TRD Pro models

Minor welding required

Requires frame bracket modification

Strut compressor required for installation

Stock wheels cannot be reinstalled

System will work on 2WD PreRunner models

Will not work with 17" wheels

Some 2014-2015 models may not achieve net lift height stated, but will match final height of an equally-equipped 05-13 model.

Fox Shocks are REQUIRED for 2013-2016.
