Bestop 30-Day Promise

Bestop promises that you will be completely satisfied with your Bestop purchase, right from the beginning. If you are not satisfied within thirty days, you qualify to have the full price of the product refunded upon return, no questions asked. 

How to processes a 30-Day Promise return 

1. Contact Bestop and provide the following:

• Date of Purchase

• Product – including part number 

• Reason for dissatisfaction 

• Copy of receipt – image, scan copy, etc.

• Email to order@bestop.com

​​2. Receive email from Bestop with return authorization including a Promise Number

• The Promise Number is a special RGA number that denotes this product is being returned as part of the 30-Day Promise program 

3. Contact customerservice@northridge4x4.com to request the return and provide the Bestop return authorization 

4. Return product to us with the Promise Number on the box

• If desired, request installer to remove product from the vehicle (labor costs are nonrefundable) 

• Receive a refund according to our return policy 

• All returns should be returned in the original box and in like-new working condition to receive a full refund from the 30-day trial period
