How to Order

METHODS OF ORDERING: You can order products from Northridge 4x4® through our online catalog or by phone:

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and PayPal. Except for Special Orders (e.g. Hardtops) and some Drop Shipments, we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped or otherwise processed.

CHANGE MY ORDER: If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

ORDER STATUS: To check on the status of your order, go to the Order Status link at the bottom of the page.

BACK ORDERS: Because we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes however, an item will be in short supply. You will be notified if an order cannot ship in a timely manner. Except for Special Orders and some Drop Shipments, we will not charge your credit card for orders which have not been shipped.

SALES TAX: Only orders shipped to an address in the State of Washington, Colorado and Kentucky are charged Sales Tax.

COUPON REDEMPTION: If you have a coupon, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

WARRANTIES: All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees.
