What's the difference between this lower control arm selling for 250 and the other lower control arm where the part number ends in a "B" That's selling for alot more? They both say x factor lower adjustable arms.

I see it has rear sway links but does it come with front sway bar link extension? I have a Rubicon and wondering if there needed or if the stock system will still work right.
