I purchased this to keep items secure on top of my decked drawer system. Very happy. The rails and tie downs are solid. Install was a breeze. Followed Northridge’s advice and used tap and die set to clean out bed liner.

The smart cap evo-a is a beast. It arrived on a pallet (well done). I built it myself. Online instructions were good. I struggled installing it on my gladiator with one other. Definitely have 3-4 people for placement. Other than that, worth the money.
