Northridge 4x4 (NR4x4) and mobile carriers are not responsible for any undue delays, failure of delivery, or errors in messages.

To Stop the Service

To stop receiving text messages from Northridge 4x4 (NR4x4), text the word STOP to 58745 any time or reply STOP to any of the text messages you have received from Northridge 4x4 (NR4x4). For Services operated through a different number, text STOP to that number to opt out. Your opt-out request may generate either a confirmation text or a texted request to clarify the text message program to which it applies (if you have more than one). To complete your opt-out, please provide the requested clarification. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that Northridge 4x4 (NR4x4) and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Northridge 4x4 (NR4x4) through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. These Terms still will apply if you withdraw the consent mentioned above or opt out of the Service.

Shipping

SHIPPING POLICY

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 12PM PST / 3PM EST. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders daily to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

TRANSIT TIMES

 

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected.

  • Expedited shipping is guaranteed on 'In Stock' products only.
  • Shipping cutoff Times for Expedited and Regular shipments are 11AM PST / 2PM EST.
  • Drop Ships and Backordered items will ship out as soon as they become available. 

When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they refer to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except for holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier.  For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, UPS transit times for the lower 48 states are as follows:

UPS Next Day Air - Delivered within 1 Business Day

UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days

UPS 3-Day Service - Delivered within 3 Business Days

UPS Ground - Delivered within 3-5 Business Days

*If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Northridge4x4 will not be liable for loss or theft. 

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order”, “Call for Availability, or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Northridge4x4 reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our sales department Prior to placing your Order and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification please feel free to contact our sales department. Northridge4x4 DOES NOT ship to a PO Box or APO Address.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify our customer service department immediately at customerservice@northridge4x4.com. Please include photos of the packaging as well as pictures of the damaged part(s). Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Northridge4x4 is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

If you provide an apartment, multi-unit housing complex or townhome address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Northridge4x4 will not be liable for any package(s) not received. 

All damaged or missing parts must be reported to Northridge4x4's customer service within 5 Business days of delivery.

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers will typically be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in some events an item is not “In Stock”, Northridge4x4® may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, contact customerservice@northridge4x4.com and we would be more than happy to obtain one on request.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS

If you refuse a package, an $21 service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. This will also delay the refund process. If you would like to return an item, all shipments must be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusals for International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST

If you request an address change after your order has been processed, we will do our best to work with the carrier to re-route your package(s). If successfully re-routed there will be an address change fee of $21 plus any additional shipping charges, brokerage fee, duties and/or taxes (customer responsibility).

LTL TRUCK SHIPMENTS

Once you've signed and accepted a truck freight shipment, you are releasing the freight company and northridge4x4 of any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. It is important to inspect the contents of the shipment even if the outside of the box(es) show no visible signs of damage.

When your LTL Truck Shipment leaves our Warehouse, you will receive an Email with pictures of your shipment and important deliver information. Attached to this email you will find images of your package(s). It is extremely important to check your freight for shortages or any signs of damage at the time of delivery (use the images to compare).

  • Once you’ve signed and accepted the shipment, you are releasing the freight company and Northridge4x4 of any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. Although most deliveries are made without incident, should you discover a problem please follow the guidelines listed below.
  • The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date.
    • Freight company has limited space. There is a 24-hour period once the freight arrives at the delivery service center and the freight company has given arrival notice to the consignee to call back in and get it scheduled. After that 24-hour period, storage may begin. Additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
    • Please note the agreed-upon date is an appointment so please make sure someone 18 years of age or older is there to sign and inspect. If they must reschedule or if the shipment is returned to the sender for any reason, they will charge for the delivery attempt. This additional charge will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If there is damage do NOT refuse the shipment. Note the damage(s) on the paperwork and take pictures as the video instructs and email us at customerservice@northridge4x4.com.
    • If the driver doesn’t allow you to open it for inspection or can’t wait, please write on the Bill of Lading: SUBJECT TO INSPECTION and have the driver sign it. Reminder if you sign for the package you are releasing liability.

DAMAGE TO OUTSIDE PACKAGING

If the containers in your shipment show visible signs of damage, open them immediately to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then, write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and the freight company’s copy of the delivery receipt.

If the driver doesn’t allow you to open it for inspection or can’t wait, please write on the Bill of Lading: SUBJECT TO INSPECTION and have the driver sign it.

DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS

If you find that the product is damaged at the time of delivery you must write “Damaged” and a brief description of the damage on the delivery receipt. If the damage is not listed on the delivery receipt, you are releasing the freight company and Northridge4x4 of any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. Please ensure accurate documentation and take pictures. Then email us at customerservice@northridge4x4.com within 48 hours with photos of damage.

Concealed damage must be communicated to customerservice@northridge4x4.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery. Northridge4x4 is not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most orders containing items listed as “In Stock” will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 12PM PST / 3PM EST. Orders requiring additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) may need additional processing time. Items listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock” typically ship by the estimated ship date listed on the product page. These estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change periodically. Our customer service representatives monitor backorders daily to ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

TRANSIT TIMES

 

The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected.

  • Expedited shipping is guaranteed on 'In Stock' products only.
  • Shipping cutoff Times for Expedited and Regular shipments are 11AM PST / 2PM EST.
  • Drop Ships and Backordered items will ship out as soon as they become available. 

When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they refer to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except for holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier.  For specific delivery estimates, you can usually find detailed information on the carrier’s website or you can also contact one of our customer service representatives for specific details. As a general rule, UPS transit times for the lower 48 states are as follows:

UPS Next Day Air - Delivered within 1 Business Day

UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivered within 2 Business Days

UPS 3-Day Service - Delivered within 3 Business Days

UPS Ground - Delivered within 3-5 Business Days

OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS

If an order is placed for a product that is labeled “On Order”, “Call for Availability, or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Northridge4x4 reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our sales department Prior to placing your Order and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays. We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification please feel free to contact our sales department. Northridge4x4 DOES NOT ship to a PO Box or APO Address.

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify our customer service department immediately at customerservice@northridge4x4.com. Please include photos of the packaging as well as pictures of the damaged part(s). Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Northridge4x4 is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.

If you provide an apartment, multi-unit housing complex or townhome address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Northridge4x4 will not be liable for any package(s) not received. 

All damaged or missing parts must be reported to Northridge4x4's customer service within 5 Business days of delivery.

Tracking numbers

Tracking numbers will typically be emailed once an order has been processed and shipped. However, in some events an item is not “In Stock”, Northridge4x4® may choose to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer so that it can be delivered to you as quickly as possible. In this event, a tracking number will not be provided but if one is needed, contact customerservice@northridge4x4.com and we would be more than happy to obtain one on request.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS

If you refuse a package, an $21 service fee and any additional shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. This will also delay the refund process. If you would like to return an item, all shipments must be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusals for International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUEST

If you request an address change after your order has been processed, we will do our best to work with the carrier to re-route your package(s). If successfully re-routed there will be an address change fee of $21 plus any additional shipping charges, brokerage fee, duties and/or taxes (customer responsibility).

LTL TRUCK SHIPMENTS

Once you've signed and accepted a truck freight shipment, you are releasing the freight company and northridge4x4 of any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. It is important to inspect the contents of the shipment even if the outside of the box(es) show no visible signs of damage.

When your LTL Truck Shipment leaves our Warehouse, you will receive an Email with pictures of your shipment and important deliver information. Attached to this email you will find images of your package(s). It is extremely important to check your freight for shortages or any signs of damage at the time of delivery (use the images to compare).

  • Once you’ve signed and accepted the shipment, you are releasing the freight company and Northridge4x4 of any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. Although most deliveries are made without incident, should you discover a problem please follow the guidelines listed below.
  • The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date.
    • Freight company has limited space. There is a 24-hour period once the freight arrives at the delivery service center and the freight company has given arrival notice to the consignee to call back in and get it scheduled. After that 24-hour period, storage may begin. Additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
    • Please note the agreed-upon date is an appointment so please make sure someone 18 years of age or older is there to sign and inspect. If they must reschedule or if the shipment is returned to the sender for any reason, they will charge for the delivery attempt. This additional charge will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • If there is damage do NOT refuse the shipment. Note the damage(s) on the paperwork and take pictures as the video instructs and email us at customerservice@northridge4x4.com.
    • If the driver doesn’t allow you to open it for inspection or can’t wait, please write on the Bill of Lading: SUBJECT TO INSPECTION and have the driver sign it. Reminder if you sign for the package you are releasing liability.

DAMAGE TO OUTSIDE PACKAGING

If the containers in your shipment show visible signs of damage, open them immediately to check the contents, and ask the driver to inspect the contents with you. Then, write a precise description of the damage on both your copy and the freight company’s copy of the delivery receipt.

If the driver doesn’t allow you to open it for inspection or can’t wait, please write on the Bill of Lading: SUBJECT TO INSPECTION and have the driver sign it.

DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS

If you find that the product is damaged at the time of delivery you must write “Damaged” and a brief description of the damage on the delivery receipt. If the damage is not listed on the delivery receipt, you are releasing the freight company and Northridge4x4 of any liability for damages not reported on the delivery receipt. Please ensure accurate documentation and take pictures. Then email us at customerservice@northridge4x4.com within 48 hours with photos of damage.

Concealed damage must be communicated to customerservice@northridge4x4.com within 48 hours of receipt. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your account has a current address and other correct contact information to ensure proper delivery. Northridge4x4 is not responsible for any packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

How we will handle a request to exercise your rights. For requests to know or delete, we will first acknowledge receipt of the request within 10 business days of receipt of your request.  We will provide a substantive response to your request within 45 days from receipt of your request, although we may be allowed to take longer to process your request under certain circumstances.  If we expect your request is going to take us longer than normal to fulfill, we’ll let you know. 

When you make a request to know or delete your Personal Information, we will take steps to verify your identity.  These steps may include asking you for Personal Information, such as your name, address, or other information we maintain about you.  If we are unable to verify your identity with the degree of certainty required, we will not be able to respond to the request.  We will notify you to explain the basis of the denial.

You are also entitled to submit a request for Personal Information that could be associated with a household as defined in the CCPA.  To submit a request to know or delete household Personal Information, such requests must be jointly made by each member of the household, and we will individually verify all of the members of the household using the verification criteria explained above, and separately verify that each household member making the request currently resides in the household.  If we are unable to verify the identity of each household member with the degree of certainty required, we will not be able to respond to the request.  We will notify you to explain the basis of our denial.

Do NOT TRACK

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

 

Q: Why is using the correct torque spec important?

A: Proper torque ensures that fasteners are neither too loose (risking failure) nor too tight (risking damage).

Q: Should I torque suspension bolts while the Jeep is in the air?

A: No. Suspension bolts—especially control arms and track bars—should be torqued with the Jeep at ride height. This prevents bushing preload and ensures proper articulation and alignment.

Q: What happens if I over-torque a bolt?

A: Over-torquing can stretch or strip threads, snap bolts, damage bushings, or crack cast parts like knuckles or brackets. In some cases, it also voids warranties on aftermarket components.

Q: Do aftermarket parts use different torque specs than stock?

A: Often, yes. Heavier-duty hardware or different materials may require different torque values. Always refer to the installation instructions included with the aftermarket part.

RETURNS POLICY

Northridge4x4 leads the industry with our generous 60-day return policy.

  • All packages returned without a return merchandise authorization (rma) will not be processed
  • Return requests must be made within 60 days of the original shipping date,
  • All returns must be returned to the location listed on your RMA form. If a return is sent to any other location your return will not be processed.
  • No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles.
  • Parts must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of installation and in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Northridge4x4 are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
  • An RMA number can be obtained from Northridge4x4 by sending an email to customerservice@northridge4x4.com with your name, sales order numbers, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning.
  • All wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be Returned. MFG’s warranty on wheels also state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels.
  • See Examples of proper returns packaging
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Northridge 4x4 unless the original shipment was in error, or a product is defective and being replaced.

NON-RETURNABLES 

Northridge4x4 often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued items
  • Scratch and dent items
  • Apparel
  • Tires and wheels that have been mounted
  • Programmers and calibrators
  • Custom items/orders
  • Mastercraft items
  • Special Orders
  • Partial kits
  • Brokerage fee, duties and/or taxes

These sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Northridge4x4 and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

Northridge4x4 also sells unique or custom made to order items that are often considered special order items. These items are ordered on a case-by-case basis. Consequently, custom, made to order or special-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered to fit their needs.

If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel your order. Our system sends orders immediately to ship.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. You will need to begin our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by emailing customerservice@northridge4x4.com to have the item returned.
  • If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email Northridge4x4 at customerservice@northridge4x4.com to request cancellation.
  • NO CANCELLATIONS of Road Armor or Addictive Desert Design products after 48 hours of order being placed. 

NON-REFUNDABLE

These items include but are not limited to:

  • Labor
  • 3rd party shop fees
  • Shipping costs

CREDIT / REFUNDS

  • Only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.
  • RMA’s expire 30 days after being issued.
  • Once your return has been received and approved your return will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product to inspect/process the RMA and issue the appropriate credit. How soon the funds are received depends on your banking institution.
  • International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.
  • Northridge4x4 does not refund shipping charges for returned items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS & ITEM WARRANTIES

Northridge4x4 does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Northridge4x4 shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. Northridge4x4 does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, shipping, dock or storage fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes.

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, email photos of the incorrect part and the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to customerservice@northridge4x4.com within 5 business days from the time of delivery.

You and/or your mechanic are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle BEFORE installation.

We do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation.

MISSING PARTS

If your order is missing part(s), please email photos of what you have received and a photo of the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to our Customer Success Department at customerservice@northridge4x4.com

Do not install/attempt to install anything with incomplete parts.

All missing parts must be reported to customer service within 7 business days.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package was delivered to you damaged, email photos of damage(s) to Customer Success Department at customerservice@northridge4x4.com. Northridge4x4 will handle the claim on your behalf.

  • Shipping companies require the original packing for inspection. It is the customers' responsibility to keep all original packaging.
  • Do not install/attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranty and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part.
  • Expedited shipping is at the customer's expense for replacement of damaged items.
  • All damage(s) must be reported to Northridge4x4 within 7 business days.

GIFTCARD

Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Northridge4x4 Gift Cards are issued and managed by Northridge4x4 and can only be applied to purchases from Northridge4x4.com, or at a local Northridge4x4 storefront. Northridge4x4 is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Q. Do you ship same day?

A. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Pacific Time will ship the same business day on in-stock items. 

Q. Is Next Day Shipping available?

A. Yes, on in-stock products. Next day air starts after it is processed (payment approved) and shipped. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Q. What happens if I select Next Day shipping on a product, not in stock?

A. Your product will not ship next day until it is in stock. Once it is in stock, we will ship it Next Day.

A. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Pacific Time will ship the same business day on in-stock items. 

Q. Is Next Day Shipping available?

A. Yes, on in-stock products. Next day air starts after it is processed (payment approved) and shipped. Expedited shipping is not guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Q. What happens if I select Next Day shipping on a product, not in stock?

A. Your product will not ship next day until it is in stock. Once it is in stock, we will ship it Next Day. 

Q. Does Northridge4x4® stock parts or drop ship?

A. Both. Most items will be shipped to you directly from one of our 3 Northridge4x4® warehouses. Some items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, also known as drop shipped.

Q. How accurate are the lead times for products shipped by the manufacturer?

A. We do our best to ensure accurate information, however lead times are an estimated timeline based on our experience with the manufacturer.

Northridge4x4 leads the industry with our generous 60-day return policy.

  • All packages returned without a return merchandise authorization (rma) will not be processed
  • Return requests must be made within 60 days of the original shipping date,
  • All returns must be returned to the location listed on your RMA form. If a return is sent to any other location your return will not be processed.
  • No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles.
  • Parts must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of installation and in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Northridge4x4 are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
  • An RMA number can be obtained from Northridge4x4 by sending an email to customerservice@northridge4x4.com with your name, sales order numbers, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning.
  • All wheels need to be inspected prior to mounting a tire on them. Once a tire is mounted on a wheel the wheel is unable to be Returned. MFG’s warranty on wheels also state any defects must be discovered before tires are mounted on wheels.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to Northridge 4x4 unless the original shipment was in error, or a product is defective and being replaced.

NON-RETURNABLES 

Northridge4x4 often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include but are not limited to:

  • Clearance items
  • Discontinued items
  • Scratch and dent items
  • Apparel
  • Tires and wheels that have been mounted
  • Programmers and calibrators
  • Custom items/orders
  • Mastercraft items
  • Special Orders
  • Partial kits
  • Brokerage fee, duties and/or taxes

These sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Northridge4x4 and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

Northridge4x4 also sells unique or custom made to order items that are often considered special order items. These items are ordered on a case-by-case basis. Consequently, custom, made to order or special-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer assumes responsibility that the items ordered to fit their needs.

If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel your order. Our system sends orders immediately to ship.

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. You will need to begin our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process by emailing customerservice@northridge4x4.com to have the item returned.
  • If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email Northridge4x4 at customerservice@northridge4x4.com to request cancellation.
  • NO CANCELLATIONS of Road Armor or Addictive Desert Design products after 48 hours of order being placed. 

NON-REFUNDABLE

These items include but are not limited to:

  • Labor
  • 3rd party shop fees
  • Shipping costs

CREDIT / REFUNDS

  • Only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.
  • RMA’s expire 30 days after being issued.
  • Once your return has been received and approved your return will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product to inspect/process the RMA and issue the appropriate credit. How soon the funds are received depends on your banking institution.
  • International Orders: Duty, Taxes, and Fees incurred during return will be deducted from your refund.
  • Northridge4x4 does not refund shipping charges for returned items.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS & ITEM WARRANTIES

Northridge4x4 does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Northridge4x4 shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects. Northridge4x4 does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, shipping, dock or storage fees, brokerage fees, duties and/or taxes.

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, email photos of the incorrect part and the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to customerservice@northridge4x4.com within 5 business days from the time of delivery.

You and/or your mechanic are responsible for making sure the part is the correct part for your vehicle BEFORE installation.

We do not refund 3rd party charges, i.e., installation costs, prep costs, painting cost or any other cost associated with installation.

MISSING PARTS

If your order is missing part(s), please email photos of what you have received and a photo of the part number on the manufacturer's packaging to our Customer Success Department at customerservice@northridge4x4.com

Do not install/attempt to install anything with incomplete parts.

All missing parts must be reported to customer service within 7 business days.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package was delivered to you damaged, email photos of damage(s) to Customer Success Department at customerservice@northridge4x4.com. Northridge4x4 will handle the claim on your behalf.

  • Shipping companies require the original packing for inspection. It is the customers' responsibility to keep all original packaging.
  • Do not install/attempt to install anything you receive damaged. Once installation is attempted all warranty and claims are null and voided to replace the damaged part.
  • Expedited shipping is at the customer's expense for replacement of damaged items.
  • All damage(s) must be reported to Northridge4x4 within 7 business days.

GIFTCARD

Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Northridge4x4 Gift Cards are issued and managed by Northridge4x4 and can only be applied to purchases from Northridge4x4.com, or at a local Northridge4x4 storefront. Northridge4x4 is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
