14th Top of the Ozarks Jeep Jamboree USA - 2021
The event was located in the Ozark mountains on SMORR (Southern Missouri Off Road Ranch) property, which is a little over 940 acres of trails. The park also features camping, cabins, shower house, restrooms, a kitchen, and a small general store for your souvenirs.
I’d guess about 300 people, including guides, staff at the ranch, vendors, and guests.
I honestly didn’t have a favorite, it was a whirlwind three day event, and was a great time talking with customers and getting out on the trails. The rain definitely made it a little more interesting as a whole with the mud. The evenings were met with getting back to the campgrounds/vendor areas and talking with attendees. Their were several husband/wife duo’s that each had their own Jeep. That always makes me smile.
Overall, this event was a blast. The prep and courteousness of the staff at the park made the event seem to flow flawlessly. The lay out worked well, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. This was my first JJUSA, but will definitely not be my last. I enjoyed spending time on the trails with our customers, both present and future, and getting to know them a little over the three day event.
The wheeling was good, with some of the climbs out of the stream bed at the bottom being a little challenging. The trails quickly went from mud, to rock, to water, and then a combo of the three, to keep you on your toes. The trails offered a great mix for all skill and comfort levels.
I look forward to being at the event again next year to share in the making of more memories with new friends and members of the Jeep family. - Chris
