The 2021-2022 Bronco BDS Front UCAs Allow for Improved Performance, Strength, and Compatibility with Different Ride Heights

BDS Suspension has been hard at work developing new kits and accessories for the 2021-2022 Ford Bronco. The 2021-2022 Bronco BDS Front UCAs are their newest creation. They are designed to improve your suspension performance, strength, and allow for compatibility with numerous different ride heights. You will benefit from increased clearance that gives you the opportunity to upgrade your coilovers or go with a larger wheel and tire combination. There will be more space to use for different wheel spec upgrades without the fear of interfering with the functioning of these UCAs. Not only will you get newfound suspension power, but you will get a sleek set of UCAs that are finished with a beautiful gloss black powder coat. Included with this finish is a billet aluminum machined dust cap that provides extra protection. During strenuous off-road use, this extra protection is important so that these UCAs can stay healthy and always rise to the occasion.

Smooth and Quiet Operation

Each set of 2021-2022 Bronco BDS Front UCAs has durometer-specific vulcanized rubber bushings at the mounting ends that provide a smooth, quiet, and reliable operation. Conveniently enough, they mount right into the factory mounts. For an even smoother and subtle operation, each outer mount uses FK uniball bearings that add even more mounting strength and stability with all around increased wheel travel and performance. Each of these bearings is made of 52100 steel with hard chrome plating and a PTFE liner making them the most reliable and high functioning they can be. The best part of these features is that the bushings and bearings come pre-installed. There is no complicated installation and these UCAs can start adding value to your 2021-2022 Ford Bronco instantly. You will add back 1.5 degrees of caster to put the camber back within the alignment specifications on 2-4" of lift for base suspension models and 1-3" on lift for 2021-2022 Ford Broncos equipped with the Badlands or Sasquatch Package. No matter what version of this vehicle you have, you will get exponentially better performance compared to the factory UCAs.

Product Notes:

Will work with Badlands/Sasquatch-equipped at 1-3" lift, non-Sasquatch models with 2-4".

Do NOT hit the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204-592).

Will not work with models with a height sensor attached to the UCA.

BDS UCAs will NOT work with OE Black Body struts, unless they are combined with a strut spacer with a minimum height of 5/8".
