Inferno wrap is a high-performance heat shield wrap for your big power race car or boosted application. If you’re tired of replacing the other brand's 2000 F exhaust wrap that becomes brittle and falls apart, our Inferno™ Header Wrap is the perfect solution. It is rated at a true 2000 F of sustained abuse and stays flexible, with a long life. Inferno Header Wrap stays flexible, you can unwrap the header when needed after hundreds of heat cycles—even after extreme temperatures have been reached. Simply put, there is no insulating header that will withstand higher temperatures and last longer.

The True 2000-F Header Wrap

Fiberglass and basalt-based (crushed volcanic rock) exhaust wraps have their place, and we rate our products with these materials at a 1200 F operating temperature. To function in serious heat, our Inferno Wrap is made from silica fiber, making this header wrap soft, strong and flexible while operating at its designed continuous temperature of 2000 F. In fact, this wrap can withstand intermittent temperatures of 3000 F, making it the only wrap to use on your forced-induction or racing application.

So, how does exhaust heat wrap work? Installation is simple: Wrap or “coil” Inferno™ Wrap around the header tubes, using overlap to hold it in place (like a hockey stick or tennis racket grip) and use our Thermal-Tie™, hose clamps or wire to secure the ends in place.
