Dynatrac Ball Joints 2 years ago
Installed these on a 2009 JKU Rubicon. My factory ones were shot causing “death wobble.” I gusseted my axle “C’s” at the same time. I highly recommend using penetrating oil on your old ones for 24hrs. Mine were very hard to get out. Watch several videos before doing this project on your own. I ended up bending the Harbor Freight forged ball joint press getting my old ones out. Amazingly the angle was perfect for installing the new ones. You will need a good ball joint set with a variety of cups to install these if you don’t buy their tool. Advanced Auto had a large kit with angled cups that worked great with my bent HF tool. It was free to rent for 48hrs. These new ball joints are really nice. Heavy duty with awesome fit and finish. This solved my wobble problem and really tightened up my front end. Off-road performance has been great. I highly recommend. PS: don’t forget to install the speed sensor bracket to the top ball joint!!!! Ugh!🤬

I installed these a few years ago in my 2 door JK when my stock ones were done. These have rocked it very well since. No issues, easy to grease them up, runs nice and smooth. All in all, these are the best ball joints I've had since owning my first Jeep 21 years ago.
