In my previous Jeep I had a National Luna fridge that was a bit more efficient and feature rich. That being said it was also 2.5x the price of the RC. Decided to give a cheaper fridge a this time around and I’m not dissatisfied. That being said, I don’t camp for multiple nights at a time and don’t require a high battery draw with the vehicle off.
Fits behind rear seat of my JLU beside a tote and under a storage shelf. Works great for me and my setup. I take it into house and plug into wall day before wheeling trip.
Does exactly what you’d expect it to do. It cools and evens freezes really quickly. It is limited on space, but I paid for a smaller refrigerator so it would fit under the tonneau. I wish it would stay colder longer unplugged, but again, I paid for a refrigerator not a cooler.
