Installed on my 2012 Jeep JK and install took about 4 hours start to finish, taking off the old bumper was the most difficult part but installing the new bumper was a breeze. I'd recommend installing the recovery tow hooks at the same time as installing the covers is more difficult than just installing the bumper over the tow hooks. One other thing I would recommend is tapping the welded nuts that you screw the bolts that secure the bumper to the frame, one of mine was insufficiently tapped and caused me to strip the bolt it came with while installing, luckily I had a spare. Love the way this bumper looks though and feels heavy duty and quality.
