I purchased a Engo 10,000lb winch with synthetic rope in March. So far I have kept a buddy from rolling his jeep, pulled myself over a hill after I high centered and cleaned up a 150 year old oak tree after it fell across a friend's driveway in addition to helping countless people out of tight spots with this winch. The Engo 10,000lb winch has been one of the best investments I have made on my jeep. The installation was simple and I easily accomplished it in less than 30 mins and I am not mechanically inclined at all. I have not had any issues with the Engo winch at all and it has more than paid for itself. I recommend this winch to everyone that doesn't have one.
