Under Cover Fabworks Transfer Case Skid

This is a HD transfer case skid plate that has a standard or automatic transmissions. It has been fabricated from a 3/16 inch thick carbon steel plate and has the option to upgrade to a 1/4inch plate. All the parts were designed in a 3d CAD software and were laser cut and then bent on the CNC press brake to ensure a perfect fit every time. The plate has been reinforced in the middle of the skid from one side to the other with a transmisuin mount or a stiffening channel. To increase strength as well as to help in the sliding over obstacle the edges at the front and the rear end have been ramped.
