Is delivery included in this price? Also the description says kit, am I correct to assume assembly would be required?

A: We do have free delivery on any purchase over $70, however with the rising costs associated with freight, this would have an additional "oversize" charge.

A: The only height offered by the mfg is that the tongue is 22" off the ground.
