I have a ‘17 Wrangler Recon with the factory steel Bumper, so this is exactly what I was looking for. This winch plate is BEEFY! Very well built and fit right in where it was designed. Keeps the winch low for better air flow which I like. The instructions were good but a little outdated, the instructions on AEV’s website were up to date and very thorough making for an easy and clean install. Highly recommended product.

It’s tight but it fits. The install of the plate is fairly simple and didn’t take long. Maybe spent an hour and a half start to finish. I use a heat gun to speed up dry times on the touch up paint. Hate watching paint dry.
