My wife's jeep had those ugly plastic grill inserts in it and I yarded those and then she didn't like the look of seeing the inside of the clip, so I pick this up and it did the trick. Pretty impressed with the finish on the mesh. Still shinny and black after a couple years on the jeep

I have two of these now and the first version from several years ago was a little noisy but the current version they have made much better. Real latch and tension bumpers on the inside that stops the rattles. I love this thing out camping but I'm a photographer too and it doubles as a work surface when I'm on location
