Great product but finish faded

These hood latches are great. Pretty easy to install and adjust. My only complaint is that the the black finish faded to gray in about 7 months. I park my Jeep outside about 80% of the time. I also had these latches on my last Jeep with no fading issues. Maybe Rugged Ridge got some bad paint. I would still recommend these latches they work great!
