The extension cable is worth the price
    Jim 3 months ago
I bought mine separately, but the extension cable is a worthwhile buy when you're installing a Tazer - I've not had to unplug mine yet, but with the extension cable plugged in getting it back out becomes a lot less of a hassle. Without it, there's not a lot of space to get the Tazer in and out. Not required, but a definite "nice to have".

Better bypass valve than the early JK ones
    Jim 3 months ago
This is the new style filter that doesn't have the bypass valve spring pop off and yeet itself into parts unknown. Good price and a good filter!

What you want for Warn's medium-frame and smaller winches
    Jim 3 months ago
If you have an XD9000, M8000, or similar winch with the separate control box, this is the kit you want to convert to synthetic. The older integrated solenoid style can fit another 20' of rope, but you won't be able to find that much on an M8000. I've run synthetic for nearly 10 years now, wouldn't go back to steel cable. Just wash it after a weekend on the trails and keep it away from abrasion!

So much easier to use than the AEV ProCal
    Jim 3 months ago
I'd bought a ProCal initially, but the Superchips does so much more, and is overall far easier to use. If you have a JK, you need one of these!

Absolutely my favorite stubby, just be careful of shipping damage
    Jim 3 months ago
In terms of fitting a wide variety of winches and having D-ring shackle points, this is my favorite stubby bumper available, but it took a few tries to get one that wasn't seriously damaged in shipping. Just be friends with a local powdercoater in case yours showed up dinged - ARB can certainly build good bumpers, but their coating or packaging needs a little bit of work. One major improvement in the JL/JT design is that the mounting hardware on the frame rails now have captive nuts instead of having you force a box wrench into the Hi-Lift holes to tighten on the outside. Makes the job a lot easier.

Perfect fit for the universal Fox stabilizer Synergy sells
    Jim 3 months ago
I wanted to get my stabilizer up and out of the way, but didn't necessarily want to upgrade the tie rod just yet - this kit was perfect to do just that. Eventually when I upgrade the tie rod (to Synergy's, likely), I'll change the bottom bracket, but this is working just fine in the meantime.

Solved an evap code for me
    Jim 3 months ago
At around 140K miles on my JKUR, I had an evap code that was solved by installing this. It had lettering that the original one did not (and is fairly pricey for what it is), but it worked perfectly for the rest of the years I drove that Jeep.
    Mopar Non-Locking Fuel Cap

    Great bumpstops, easy installation
    Jim 3 months ago
Had these paired with OME springs on my JKUR - incredibly easy to install and durable. They're not adjustable like the front ones, but they'll stand up to whatever you put them through on the trail.
Synergy Manufacturing Rear 2in Bump Stop Spacer Kit - Pair

What else can be said about this? The classic.
    Jim 3 months ago
It's been around for decades for a reason - this is the classic off-road jack for those situations where a bottle jack won't work or you need something in addition - you may only use it once a season, but often times it's one of those tools where if you need it, nothing else will substitute. The paint rubs off the beam the moment you use it, it's just a thing. I'd highly recommend a cover for the mechanical bits if you're planning on keeping it outside.

Pay attention to your bump stop height!
    Jim 3 months ago
When they say it requires a 2" bump in the front - take heed. I had one in my JKUR without extended bump stops in the front, and even with mild OME springs I did notice the relo bracket had been bent after a few seasons of beach trips. Absolutely no fault of the stabilizer, like everything else Synergy I've used it was easy to install and held up great. Just an install mistake on my end!

    Great quality Warn accessory
    Jim 3 months ago
I use it a lot less now that I have synthetic line, but especially if you have steel cable you'll want to get one. Looks great on the hook!
    Warn Hook Strap Red

Simple bumpstops that get the job done.
    Jim 5 months ago
These are incredibly easy to add to your axle, and provide a solid bump extension in the rear. The quality of Synergy's powdercoat is excellent, as always.
Synergy Manufacturing Bump Stop Spacer Kit Rear 2in Pair

    Sturdy replacement for OEM
    Jim 5 months ago
I slowly replaced most of my JKUR's suspension with Synergy parts, as well as what's on my current JLUR - this TB was a great addition for my 2" lift, it matched up perfectly with the Synergy axle relocation bracket, and was easy to adjust once installed on the Jeep. No corrosion issues with the adjustable joint. It's also a lot less conspicuous than the MetalCloak yellow chromate...
    Synergy Manufacturing Track Bar Rear

    Good looking and functional!
    Jim 5 months ago
So not only are these wide enough to properly fit 35x12.5s, they also look a lot more like the JK Rubicon wheels I was used to - I'm just not much of a fan of black-painted wheel accents as standard now on the Rubis. These are classic-looking, OEM wheels that look great on JLs, especially in darker colors.
Mopar Slotted Off-Road Wheel 17x8.5 5x5 Satin Carbon

Should be required for JL/JT owners
    Jim 5 months ago
This little box is incredibly useful - I had a Superchips programmer for the JK, so I knew with the complexity of the JL I'd want something similar - this is a great way to disable auto-stop, set Canadian DRL mode (and more), as well as the usual tire/gear ratio changes. I would highly recommend getting the extension cable for it, makes installation a lot easier.
    Z Automotive Tazer Mini Programmer

One of the best time-savers for your Jeep
    Jim 5 months ago
I had a set in my JKUR, and WeatherTech has only improved it for the JL. These are great for saving your carpet and hours of cleaning time after a beach trip - just unsnap and wash down. The fit is perfect and they're holding up just as well as the old ones.
