From New to Dust 6 Months

So I bought this item for my rig in hopes that I would be able to mount this on the side of my jeep in a Jerry can holder. Upon arrival this thing looked pretty cool... everything its advertised it was supposed to be. It got rained on once on basically turned to dust. I have seen jerry cans from WWII that took water better then this thing. Within 2 days of getting wet hinges just didnt open any more. I do not recommend this product.

This product was really cool when it arrived. Within 1 year it was rusted to the point where the Paint was chipping off, in 18 months the hinges wouldn't open anymore. It also spent most of the time indoors out of the weather. Cool idea, waste of money.
