Snapped line first time out

I used the winch for the first time pulling a buddy out Sunday morning and the line snapped. I'm not giving Northridge or Smittybilt a bad review because I understand things happen. Northridge is working with Smittybilt to try and see if they can get me a new line. I will update my review when they make a decision.
