Crazy solid compared to stock.

I was pretty worried about the stock diff covers having already hit one pretty hard on the trail. Having to fix the gears and lockers would have been crazy expensive. This is one of the coolest and easiest ways to help prevent that. You can also customize the look, several videos out there showing you how. I did mine free hand with small art brushes. I got it done pretty quick with several coats. I'm sure some of it will rub off over time but I kept the paint and brushes incase I ever want to do a quick touch up. I did not instal them myself but with the lube lockers it was easy enough that my mechanic only charged me one hour of labor to do it for me. I live in a highrise so kinda hard to work on it myself. If you have it installed for you be sure they use the included bolts and not reuse the OEM ones. The included ones are a lot better than stock.

Kinda wanted to wait and see how it handled heavy rain and car washes. It does it just fine. Really cool looking and practical. I have an oversized spare and a bike rack. The bike rack covers up the stock 3rd brake light so I replaced it with this. Pretty straight forward installation. Just plug and play. It would be nice if it had the option to run both the wheel light and the OEM but if you know what you are doing I think you can rig it up. I just went with an easy replacement. Really bright lights. I feel a lot safer driving with it than I did with the OEM light.

Works just like it should.

This was so much easier than using the sealer in a tube. No guess work, no need to worry about an even seal. The gears and lockers are expensive and important parts. Happy to know mine are well sealed and protected.

6 month review. Unexpected benefits.

I have had this for about six months now. Installed it shortly after getting a 3in lift and 35in tires. It completely made up the difference in throttle response and has been going strong ever since. I keep mine at city 2+ and besides driving better I have noticed a bit better gas milage. One really amazing bonus is using the eco mode while on the trails. The smoothing out of the throttle response has made a huge difference in my ability to control my jeep going over obstacles. I almost never stall it out (6 speed manual). It also keeps me from accidently giving it too much gas and launching forward. Finally, super easy to install. Plug and play system. Just remove a few panels, plug it in, and put them back. It has an adhesive mount. I keep mine just behind the ignition.
