Update to prior review (fitment problem)
    ViejoLoco 4 years ago
I emailed Quake customer service, who responded quickly and pleasantly. The next day, Tech Support followed up with a suggested fix. However, by then I'd discovered a new problem: the side/back radar units, transferred from the stock tail lights to the Quake tail lights, did not work in the Quake tail lights but did work when put back in the stock units. I suspected a problem with the Quake-supplied wiring harness within the Quake tail lights (and noted that the right radar connector had 6 wires, whereas the left one had 5). Contacted Quake again, but no further reply as of today. If you don't have the side/back radar, the Quake tail lights remain an attractive and functional replacement, but if you have the radar, you need to confirm that this issue has been resolved.

    Well made, but fitment problem

The Quake LED taillights are well made and function well; they are an attractive and effective replacement for the stock Gladiator taillights. However, they don't quite fit correctly. Despite the fact that the mounting lugs and screw holes are all correctly aligned; the upper left and right corners do not completely cover the cutout in the body panel, nor are the incorporated gaskets of adequate length to seal the gaps.
