I ordered the Flashcal to make some changes on my 23 Bronco. It arrived promptly. But, when I tried to reprogram some features, some took and some didn't. I called Superchips about this and was told they have not actually programmed it for the 23 Bronco yet. Apparently, there are new code changes. I contacted Northridge 4x4 customer service, told them what the issue was and they promptly authorized the return and refunded my money. It's hard to even reach customer service on many businesses, much less get such prompt positive service. I'll buy again once the Flashcal get programmed for the 23. I gave it 5 stars primarily due to the hassle free service.
