    Great Product

My wife and I both have some mobility issues. Since I have a Mojave, it is already a little taller. I also plan to put on a lift. The installation was straight forward and if you follow all the instructions it works great. I missed a step and had to go back and remove an OEM bolt so the steps would sit properly. I have had these on my JT for months now and love them. I want to add the protection kit to them too although not necessary.

    Great addition to the steps

I installed the RSE steps and doors off kit and this light kit. There are no instructions for the light kit. I called RSE and Northridge, instructions do not exist. The advice from RSE is to install the lights where you think the light would best benefit you. The installation was straight forward once I decided where to mount them. They work great. When the steps deploy, these lights, light up the entire area under the steps. I have actually used them when I have dropped something. I'll open the door so the steps drop and the lights come on. Great product.

    Perfect addition to the steps

If you want to use your Jeep with the doors off and you have the RSE Steps, this lets you activate and stow the steps without your doors on. The doors are used to trigger the action of the steps. When you remove your doors, the steps have no way of knowing you opened up your door. This kit you install a switch under the driver's and passenger's seat in a factory hole. You simply reach down and activate the switch to drop the step. Push the switch again to park the steps in the up position.

    Love the steps

Both my wife and I have some mobility issues. I have a 2023 Gladiator Mojave. It's a little higher to begin with and I plan to lift it some more later. These steps make getting in and out way easier. I have experience with some other brands of power steps and they seem to always have problems and fail. These are working great. Haven't tested them offroad yet as my trips haven't involved enough obstacles to get close to the rock sliders.
