Here is the quick and dirty... Mount is easy to install, follow the directions and your golden. It is rigid and sturdy and trail worthy - makes excellent use of space that would otherwise be taken up elsewhere. Switch is there on the mount which is great. The price is steep, but it is worth it. Keeps the noise outside the cab of vehicle and allows you to sit in the AC while airing up. Glad I went with under hood mount vs inside vehicle. Also, does not get dusty or wet in the location - unless water forwarding over the engine intake.
