This beautiful black Rubicon JL Unlimited was brand-new and bone-stock when it rolled into the shop. The owner was looking for a nice clean build, one that had all the cool toys, but not a lot of lift. So into the shop it went and after a few days of wrenching, we have what you see now….

Perfect Stance

35/12.50/R20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers wrapped around a set of 20×9 KMC XD Fury Wheels in gloss black really set this build off. The wide and low stance looks lifted, but it isn’t… that’s right, no lift was harmed in the building of this JL!

JL Front Bumper and Winch

LoD Destroyer Shorty front bumper looks awesome on the front of this JLUR.

LoD Destroyer Front Bumper Skid Plate helps protect the sway bar disconnect and steering.

Warn Zeon 10-S Platinum Winch is one serious winch and looks right at home on the bumper.

Rigid E Series PRO 10″ Spot/Driving combo light bar adds the finishing touch. Rigid LEDs and Artec mounts

sPOD Bantam

To make the wiring easy, we installed a sPOD Bantam with HD Panel and used the sPOD Suction Cup mount and sPOD Double Socket Arm to mount it to the lower corner of the windshield.

JL Sliders with Steps

RockSlide Engineering Gen II Step Sliders, look sharp and protect the rocker panels.

Just open the door, the retractable step folds down and makes getting in the front or rear doors easy. Close the door and the step folds back up into the slider, ready to take on the wilds.

JL Rear Bumper with Swing-a-way

Moving to the rear, we installed a matching rear LoD Destroyer Shorty rear bumper with tire carrier and topped it off with the LoD Destroyer 3rd brake Light.

To help make backing up at night a bit easier we added in a set of Rigid Dually D2 Flush Mount LEDs into the LoD rear bumper.
