This is a 1999-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee stock axle specific 4 link axle bracket. Your stock WJ comes with a 3 link from the factory. When Clayton Off Road convert the 3 link to their 4 link design, they reuse the mounting locations in the stock rear axle.
