Ok... Short of it is these are more expensive than traditional U-Joint Axle Shafts... A lot of people probably cannot justify buying these because of the problem.. What you need to know, and what you need to understand is that traditional U-Joint style shafts are weakest at full turn. They also have binding issues. These RCV shafts take away those two problems.. They are just as strong at full turn, that they are straight. They also do not have any binding issues when turning. Best way to describe these are Buttery smooth. Its hard to tell that your in 4wd when making turns. Absolutely amazingly outstanding!

Only took a couple hours to do and what a difference, running 37s and all the nasty noises with really pushing the axels have gone away. Am so looking forward to now having to worry about breaking an axel.

I've had these axles on my 08 Rubicon limited for about 1 year now. I'm running 37in tires and a 5.3 GM motor and therefore was very concerned about if my stock axles would last. So far my RCV axles have been excellent! They are very high quality and I expect that I will never have to take advantage of the lifetime warranty because they are built so well. The orange boot that goes over them looks good too. I also have Dynatrac ball joints and I've sleeved/gusseted my Dana 44 and I did not have any problems installing the RCVs. Its a tight fit but they fit nice and snug. I'm very glad that I purchased these and would recommend them to a friend.
