I originally installed ball joint deletes and my jeep was uncontrollable on the highway, so I purchased these ball joints and installed them! DynaTrac ball joints corrected my issue with the added perks of being rebuildable and they are heavy duty . Recommended!!

You should only buy ball joints that are rebuildable in the axle 2 years ago
I went with these after going though three sets of the "life time warranty 'adjustable' ball joints", that everyone gets. Skip those. There are only three sets of ball joints to consider. Dynatrac, Rare Parts and American Iron deletes. Of the three I chose Dynatrac because rebuild kits are readily available and Dynatrac is a more established name in the Jeep world

So lets be honest, its dynatrac parts. They are the best in the business. Expensive but you get what you pay for with these parts. I have 0 problems with them and they work great. Jeep drives like a dream with them. Install is no different really than any other ball joints.

Dynatrac low profile prosteer ball joints 8 years ago

Best ball joints available hands down! I have now had them in for about 35k miles and they still have 0 play. They are also the coolest looking ball joints. Depending on the type of ball joint press you have the installation kit may be required which is not included with the ball joints. The lower profile is required for later model JKs because the ears on the axle shafts are larger than earlier JKs.
