What is the size of the bolts securing the ring to the wheel? Can the bolts be replaced with a different color bolt? How tight must the bolts be to keep them secure?

A: The mfg doesn't provide the size of the ring bolts, but they can be replaced. Just make sure to use grade 8 hardware to do so. The beadlock ring bolts are torqued to 18-24 pounds according to the mfg.

A: Straight from Dirty Life, I just had to replace 2 bolts, they are Grade 8, 5/16”-18 x 1 1/4”. Torque is 18-24ft.lb.
