It gets rid of the subwoofer active sound control drone sound that is so annoying on the stock jeep. If you have one you know, the low frequency sound that the factory sound system produces on deceleration. Any horsepower or torque increases.....don't care, it killed the horrible sound Jeep created on a stock Jeep.
