A few questions about this unit, I have a 2021 Gladiator Rubicon: 1) Is it compatible with the factory tonneau cover, or another one? 2) What is the height and weight of this unit?

A: This isn't compatible with a tonneau cover. This unit weighs about 55 pounds and sits pretty level with the roof height, or about 21".
