Packaging was heavy, padded, and wrapped well. The included instructions were clearly printed and some of the best, most complete I've used. Pictures were detailed and clear. Installation was dead on smooth. Adjustment is easy and the clamping mechanism is strong. Flexes at least as much as my supporting components will currently allow. Ride quality is as smooth as factory. Rebuildable parts are reasonably priced and available. I'll use TF Alpine IR arms on all my JK's going forward.

Great to install, remember to measure center of the hole when measuring. Love Teraflex!
