A: You should have plenty of clearance to fit this diff cover. I would use the RTV for sealing the diff cover.

A: torque specs are as follows; 30 ft lbs on the diff cover bolts and 25 ft lbs on the fill plug.

A: Spec for a M8 G8.8 is 18.8 ft-lbs. 30 ft-lbs will yield the fastener - DO NOT use 30.

A: At 28 ft-lbs I had 2 bolts brake. We need better information here. Now I have a freaking project. Thanks for nothing. Torque specs are all over the place. 18 to 30 ft lbs.
