Quality is better than the Oracle h13s I also purchased. The bulbs fit the stock JL fog housings well. The light pattern is very nice. Light color and brightness is very good. One problem though. The polarity is backwards. The light harness has to be plugged in backwards which doesn't let it lock in place properly. It's still a snug fit, so I secured it with some mastic tape just to make sure it stays put.
