..this bumper has started to get rust spots just less than two months of it being installed. There’s a few rust spots on the winch plate, and more around the tow hooks. I would be ok with the rust if it was from the old bumper on my ‘84 CJ, but not on my ‘20 Gladiator. I really love the look and design, but it’s very unfortunate that it rusts so easily. Install was pretty easy - the hardest part to install was the winch plate as it seemed slightly wide. I would suggest if purchasing this bumper to consider powder coating it or doing rhino line to try and avoid the rust. I reached out to to the manufacturer, Rugged Ridge, and have received no response. I really wanted to love this bumper, but sadly I’ll be replacing it soon with something of better quality.
