Best part about this intake is the install. Removing the old intake and installing the new one took less than 45 min. I think I did it in 20 min after watching a YouTube video. Bolts right up with easy assembly, It was like it was built by the oem to just fit. I think I spent more time tightening the clamps than anything. Gives a little extra sound and rumble to the intake. Paired with the exhaust it is perfect. As a daily driver you will notice it for the first few days and then you won’t. I paired this with the afe exhaust and can feel a noticeable difference. Running 37’s you can feel the increase before and after. Makes it feel more snappy and gets up faster. Shortly after I changed the gears to 4.88’s and the sound level dropped because of lower rev and the gas mileage went way up. 37’s only and I was at 14.5mpg, afe exhaust and intake I jumped to 15 to 16, new gears I am at 18 to 20 depending on the driving. Moral of the story, exhaust, install and gears with 37’s on a JT gladiator will give you OEM GAS mileage that will pay for itself and make your rig work less.
