Great addition to my Rubicon Xtreme Recon. Love the extra light in the cargo area!

I got these to light up the back of my Jeep when I'm diving at night. I use my rig to haul my scuba gear to various dive sites and at night it can be tough to see/find gear in the dark. This light works wonders. The only hassle is the wire that won't stay put after a year of opening and closing the hatch. The adhesive on the tabs isn't great.

Great idea, and that’s about it. The housing feels cheap and there’s no gasket like the OEM piece it replaces. It squeaks and rattles against the glass, so if you’re going to keep it, plan on sourcing some automotive trim guard to use as a gasket. You’ll also need to source your own mounting hardware because what Oracle includes isn’t long enough. The amber light is mostly a gimmick. It’s not very bright, and when the hatch is open the light is angled upward instead of being designed to shine straight back where it would actually be useful. For the price, this is pretty disappointing. You’d be better off sourcing an LED strip and inline controller from Amazon for about $20 and putting something together yourself.
