I was really happy to get this jack..sooo tired of struggling with my hilift. The price was daunting, but I sucked it up and took the plunge. I've had the opportunity to use this twice on the trail. The first time, the jack was fantastic, easier to use, did the job well. Unfortunately, the zipper broke on the carrying bag while putting it away. I thought, meh, so what - just a zipper. Second use, all great with the jack. Third use, a recovery in which I really needed the jack for self recovery, the plastic lever (which locks the height of the lifting boot) snapped off and left me with an unusable jack. So, big $$ for this, and I'd expect top notch parts up to the task - but this is not the case.
