Amazing product. Solid build. No issues. Installation was straight forward and used with the Warn winch mount system on the factory Jeep JL steel front bumper. There where 2 pain points. 1) The inside OEM frame to bumper bolts where very hard to get installed once the winch was was installed. The winch takes up all available space. 2) Installing the synthetic rope through the winch drum and pulling flush was a major project. Successful but a major pain. Used a couple times now post installation and worked without issues or concerns. Solid product.

I went back and forth on how nice a winch to buy, and in the end I went with the Zeon 10-S. It is so clean and easy to install, with one exception: Installing the synthetic line is a major challenge. I'm not a small guy and I truly struggled to get the line in and seated. It was cold outside, so perhaps that was part of the problem in getting the line through the hole in the spool. I have barely used the winch, but compared to other units it is very quiet. Overall, great winch!
