I have a keep wrangler JL. I am a firefighter emt. We are enabled to use blue and white lights while responding. Are there lights capable of producing a flash pattern? Or are they solid.

  A: As they are sold, they are a solid LED. You would need to add a controller of some sort to make them flash.
