Does this bumper come with the license plate holder with a license plate light. If not which would you recommend to go with it.

A: It does not come with a license plate mount or lights. LOD does offer them separately though. They have 2 versions, one that mounts on the bumper, JLP1801 and one that mounts in the center of the spare tire, JLP1811. They also offer license plate light LED bolts, LPL1001.
