I ordered these thinking they would be just the ticket for use with my Blue Ox for towing a Gladiator behind the motorhome. I had previously upgraded to a RockHard Patriot Aluminum Bumper for direct to frame towing. However, these D-Rings are rated for 8 tons and are excessively bulky and heavy. They weigh about 4 pounds each! My safety chains would not even connect to them. Sent them back. They are also so large that they would contact the bumper bolts as you traveled down the road, so they would not be quiet (although, I never field tested this part).
