RH4X4 FEATURES:

1979 is a cutoff year for the CJ5 and CJ7. Mid 1979 CJ's changed from 2" outer diameter cage tubing to 2-1/4". Also, the cage changed from mounting just to the rear tub at the wheel wells in 78 and 79 to mounting behind the front seats on the floor pan. This bar is for the 2-1/4" outer diameter tubing that mounts to the floor behind the front seats.

If you like to go off-roading, you know how important it is to have a good roll cage installed on your Jeep to protect its occupants. However, if you like to push the limits of gravity and common sense, a good roll cage can only protect you if you're still in the Jeep. If you really want to play with the big boys, a good 5-point harness is a must. Unpainted.
