what seat brackets or adapters would I need for a 2012 jk? Also are the seats side oriented or do they have a hole on each side for the seat belt buckle?

A: Yes they will. You will also need the appropriate seat adapters. C32D and C32P would be adapters to fit the stock seat brackets, and C22 would be complete replacement brackets.
